Background: You should receive an emailed quote from our sales representative. Once you have opened the quote by clicking the link in the email provided you will need to simply:
- Select the checkbox for “I agree to the terms and conditions of the above document” then fill in Email Address, Printed Name and Signature in accordance with the instructions provided
- Print Name in available box
- Sign in the available signature area
- Click the button entitled “Click to Accept”
